Village Board meetings are regularly held the 2nd Monday of each month. All are encouraged to attend and take part in your local government.

Open Book & Board of Review

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Open Book for the Village of Almond will be held on Monday, May 6, 2024, 11:00-1:00pm and at the Almond Municipal Building, Almond, WI.  This is an opportunity for property owners to view the assessment roll and meet with the assessor to discuss their evaluation and to ask questions regarding assessment practices.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Review for the Village of Almond, Portage County, Wisconsin, shall hold its first meeting on May 13, 2024 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., at the Almond Municipal Building.

Village of Almond Residential Improvement Fund

The purpose of this fund is to support the Village of Almond, Wisconsin address distressed residential properties within the Village. Click here to learn more about the fund and see how you can contribute.

Job OpeningCollection Site Attendant

The Town and Village of Almond are currently looking to hire a Part-Time attendant at the Collection Site. This is position is responsible for the clean, orderly, and proper collection of waste matter and recyclables at the Collection Site.

Qualifications including being able to lift up to 75lbs and the possession of a valid drivers license and access to a vehicle capable of hauling the waste from Sunset Manor.
