Village Board Meeting

July 13, 2009

Members Present:  M. Joost,  E. Kurkowski,  A. Ruzicka, C. Petrick, K. Olson.

Visitors Present:  Dan Folan, Alan Pagel, Ron Jensen.

President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm.

E. Kurkowski made a motion and seconded by A. Ruzicka to approve the minutes of the June meeting. Motion carried 5-0.

Ron Jensen reported on Village of Waterford Ordinances.

M. Joost made a motion and seconded by K.Olson to approve the May Treasurers report. Motion carried 5-0.

C. Petrick made a motion and seconded by A. Ruzicka to approve the June Treasurers report. Motion carried 5-0.

C. Petrick made a motion and seconded by M. Joost to approve the July disbursements. Motion carried 5-0.

E. Kurkowski made a motion and seconded by M. Joost to send Dan to an Operators meeting at Marshfield in August. Motion carried 5-0.

C Petrick made a motion and seconded by E. Kurkowski to approve the CMAR #103 after discussion by the Board members. Motion carried 5-0.

7:30pm Road Bids were opened for work on Oak, Kamel and Almart Streets. Pagel Construction $95,290.00 and B & B Paving Co Inc. $114,655.00.

C. Petrick made a motion and seconded by A. Ruzicka to buy and have installed a Photo Eye light on the Garage on Division St. Motion carried 5-0.

E. Kurkowski made a motion and seconded by C. Petrick to allow Dees to close Division St between  County Road A and Second St from 8AM to 1AM on Tater Toot for a Childrens Art Show. Motion carried 5-0.

M. Joost made a motion and seconded by E. Kurkowski to have Police Protection

at Tater Toot from 9pm to 2am on July  25^th and 26^th at $100.00 per hour. Motion carried 5-0. We are asking for donations from Businesses.

K. Olson made a motion and seconded by C. Petrick to adjourn at 8:55pm. Motion carried 5-0.
