Village Board Meeting

Members Present- M. Joost, E. Kurkowski, A. Ruzicka, D. Pohl, C. Petrick, K. Olson.

No Visitors Present

President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm.

C. Petrick made a motion and seconded by A. Ruzicka to approve the minutes of the August meeting. Motion carried 5-0.

C. Petrick made a motion and seconded by A. Ruzicka to approve the Treasurers report. Motion carried 5-0.

E. Kurkowski made a motion and seconded by M. Joost to approve the September disbursements. Motion carried 5-0.

M. Joost made a motion and seconded by A. Ruzicka to have Dan Folan and K. Trzebiatowski pick out the colors to be used by Anything EIFS for repair work. Motion carried 6-0.

Budget meeting October 13^th, 2009 at 7pm.

Personnel Meeting September 22, 2009 at 7pm.

Next Meeting October 12^th 2009 at 7pm.

M. Joost made a motion and seconded by K. Olson to adjourn at 8:20pm. Motion carried 6-0.
