Village Board Meeting

October 12, 2009

Board Members Present: M. Joost, R. Kurkowski, A. Ruzicka, K. Olson, D. Pohl, C. Petrick

Visitors: Dan Folan

President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm.

C. Petrick made a motion and seconded by E. Kurkowski to approve the minutes of the September meeting. Motion carried 6-0.

D. Pohl made a motion and seconded by E. Kurkowski to approve the Treasurers report. Motion carried 6-0.

K. Olson made a motion and seconded by D. Pohl to approve the October disbursements. Motion carried 6-0.

E. Kurkowski made a motion and seconded by A. Ruzicka to allow the Fire Department to keep excess 2009 money to go towards Radio and Pager updates that have to be done in 2010. Motion carried 6-0.

The Ordinance book is about ready to go to print.

E. Kurkowski made a motion and seconded by M. Joost to grant Operators licenses to Sharon Williams, Robert Williams and Stephen Leary is the back ground checks come back good. Motion carried 6-0.

C. Petrick made a motion and seconded by D. Pohl to go into closed session at 8pm.motion carries 6-0.E. Kurkowski made a motion and seconded by M. Joost to go into open sessions. Motion carried 6-0.

M. Joost made a motion and seconded by C. Petrick to not allow any raises to Personnel this year. Motion carried 6-0.

E. Kurkowski made a motion and seconded by M. Joost to pass Resolution 10-12-09 for Phase 1&2 Cleanup for a Brownfield Grant for Almond Well and Plumbing property for $10,000.00. Motion carried 6-0.

Next Meeting November 9, 2009-7pm.

M. Joost made a motion and seconded by K. Olson to adjourn at 8:30pm. Motion carried 6-0.
