Village Board Meeting

November 9, 2009

Members Present: E. Kurkowski, A. Ruzicka, K. Olson, D. Pohl, C. Petrick.

Visitors: Dan Folan and John Ruzicka.

President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm.

E. Kurkowski made a motion and seconded by D. Pohl to approve the minutes of the October meeting. Motion carried 4-0.

C. Petrick made a motion and seconded by A. Ruzicka to accept the Treasurers report.  Motion carried 5-0.

C. Petrick made a motion and seconded by K. Olson to approve the November disbursements. Motion carried 5-0.

The sander for on a pickup was sold for $1000.00.

D. Pohl made a motion and seconded by E. Kurkowski to pass the Ordinance for Violation of Village Ordinances. Motion carried 5-0.

E. Kurkowski made a motion and seconded by D. Pohl to go into the Budget Meeting. Motion carried 5-0.

John Ruzicka approved the 2010 Budget.

Amanda Ruzicka made a motion and seconded by C. Petrick made a motion to return to the Regular Meeting. Motion carried 5-0.

E. Kurkowski made a motion and seconded by A. Ruzicka to adopt the 2010 Budget. Motion carried 5-0.

D. Pohl made a motion and seconded by E. Kurkowski that at the discretion of Board Members and Zoning Administration verbal warnings will be given, and the President will send warnings and citations. Motion carried 5-0.

E. Kurkowski made a motion and seconded by A. Ruzicka to join the Wis. Rural Water Association. Motion carried 5-0.

C. Petrick made a motion and seconded by K. Olson to pay the Towns Association Dues. Motion carried 5-0.

Next  Meeting Dec.14, 2009 at 7pm.

K. Olson made a motion and seconded by A. Ruzicka to adjourn at 8:45pm. Motion carried 5-0.
