Village Board Meeting

December 14, 2009

Board Members Present-A. Ruzicka, K. Olson. D. Pohl, C. Petrick

President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm.

C. Petrick made a motion and seconded by A. Ruzicka to approve the November minutes. Motion carried 4-0.

C. Petrick made a motion and seconded by D. Pohl to approve the Treasurers report. Motion carried 4-0.

K. Olson made a motion and seconded by D. Pohl to approve the December disbursements. Motion carried 4-0.

C. Petrick made a motion and seconded by A. Ruzicka to keep the Sewer rates at the present rate. Motion carried 4-0. Sewer Savings Balance is $84,860.93.

K. Olson made a motion and seconded by A. Ruzicka to approve the Election Workers, Betty Burns, Mickie Pagel, Lorraine Pagel, Marion Pohl, Sarah Pohl, Nila Mael, Wanda Yonke, Nancy Butolph. Motion carried 4-0.

C. Petrick made a motion and seconded by A. Ruzicka to approve the Plan Commission members, Ken Trzebiatowski, Art Pagel, Ed Schultz, Laverne Owen, Jan Connor, Lorraine Pagel and Corey Petrick. Motion carried 4-0.

Caucus is January 11, 2010 at 6:30pm and Board Meeting at 7pm.

K. Olson made a motion and seconded by D. Pohl to adjourn. Motion carried 4-0.
