Village Board Meeting

January 11, 2010-7pm

Board Members: Present: M. Joost, E. Kurkowski, A. Ruzicka, D. Pohl, C. Petrick, K. Olson.  Visitors: Dan Folan

President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm.

K. Olson made a motion and seconded by C. Petrick to approve the minutes of the December meeting. Motion carried 6-0.

C. Petrick made a motion and seconded by D. Pohl to approve the Treasurers report. Motion carried 6-0.

K. Olson made a motion and seconded by C. Petrick to approve the January disbursements. Motion carried 6-0.

The new Ordinance books have arrived and been distributed.

Committee reports were given.

Snow removal for the year 2010-2011 was discussed with different options discussed.

We want to have a plan in place for the June meeting.

A Thank You note was read from Mary Joost.

Next meeting February 8, 2010 at 7pm.

D. Pohl made a motion and seconded by M. Joost to adjourn at 8:30pm.
