Village Board Meeting

February 8, 2010

Board Members Present: E. Kurkowski, K. Olson, D. Pohl, C. Petrick, A. Ruzicka.

Visitors Present: Tammie Pierce and Dan Folan

President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm.

E. Kurkowski made a motion and seconded by K. Olson to approve the minutes of the January meeting. Motion carried 4-0.

K. Olson made a motion and seconded by C. Petrick to approve the Treasurers report. Motion carried 5-0.

C. Petrick made a motion and seconded by K. Olson to approve the February disbursements. Motion carried 5-0.

Tammie Pierce complained about the alley between Maple and Oak St. very slick and not plowed. It will be taken care of tomorrow.

D. Pohl made a motion and seconded by C. Petrick to approve and ADOPTING ORDINANCE for the new Ordinance Book. Motion carried 5-0.

E. Kurkowski made a motion and seconded by C. Petrick to allow only two signatures on the Village –Sewer and Fire Department checks if for any reason one officer is not able to sign checks. Motion carried 5-0.

The Village received a 2010 Boundary and Annexation Survey Map of the Village from the Census Bureau.

Next  Meeting March 8, 2010 at 7pm.

K. Olson made a motion and seconded by D. Pohl to adjourn at 8:40pm. Motion carried 5-0.
